Sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and abuse have devastating consequences for its victims, their families, and communities. IFAD deems it is central to its core values to apply a zero tolerance stance for sexual misconduct in its activities and operations internally and externally. The objective of the policy is to define obligations or IFAD personnel and set out also obligations of third parties engaging with IFAD such as implementing partners, government officials and other third parties.
