The Code for project parties was developed for Governments that implement IFAD’s projects. The purpose of the Code is to ensure that the conduct of project staff engaged by Governments is motivated by the highest ethical standards and that they abide by IFAD’s policy in preventing and responding to sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and abuse.
