In this video, Fred steps in to support Alice who is the target of Ken’s unethical behaviour. Fred acts as an active bystander, showing the importance of everyone taking action, stepping up and speaking up against inappropriate behaviours (although this is not always easy to do). Through dialogue, Ken understands how his conduct was inappropriate.
