The IFAD No excuse card reminds IFAD personnel and implementing partners of the zero tolerance stance applied by the organization and obligations set forth in IFAD’s Policy to preventing and responding to sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and abuse. It provides also information on the reporting mechanisms.
