This short film highlights the outcomes of a research engagement project “The impact of harassment reporting technology on organisational accountability and psychological safety in the workplace” (funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council Impact Acceleration Account at the University of Sussex). The project engaged with the broad spectrum of professionals disseminating information about organisational practices for tackling harassment in workplaces and creating psychologically-safe working environments.
