The guide is a resource document for all members of WIPO personnel (including staff members, fellows, 

interns, individual contractors and agency workers). It provides guidance on WIPO’s values, principles, rules and policies on a respectful and harmonious 

workplace, with reference to the official rules and  

policies, and resources on getting advice and assistance.
